Olesya Skofenko has a long and varied career in finance and business. Olesya began their career in 1998 as an Interest Rates Derivatives Trader at Deutsche Bank, where they traded EUR Interest rates derivatives for more than 10 years. Olesya then moved to CNBC as a Consultant in 2013. In 2014, they served as a Field Producer for FRONTLINE PBS, where they worked with Quicksilver Productions to field-produce an Emmy Award-winning documentary "Battle For Ukraine". In 2016, they joined LoveCrafts as a Growth Manager, where they set up a full subsidiary in Kyiv (Ukraine) and managed all the legal and financial company setup, hiring more than 60 people in tech, finance, and customer support roles. In 2011, Olesya co-founded GSI, investing in start-ups and real estate, and consulting start-ups. Most recently, in 2020, they co-founded LevelFields, an AI-driven fintech application aimed at helping non-professional investors trade smarter and faster.
Olesya Skofenko received a Master's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Oxford between 1995 and 1998. Olesya then went on to pursue a Global Executive MBA from INSEAD from 2014 to 2015.
