Scott D. Brand, CPM, currently serves as the Director of Mediation at levelheaded and as a Foreclosure Mediator for the Nevada Supreme Court. Since November 2020, Scott has been the Owner and Lead Mediator of Scott D. Brand | Conflict Resolution Management & Mediation, where Scott also instructs a 20-hour Domestic Violence Mediation Certification course. As a Family Court Mediator for the Idaho Supreme Court and in various board roles with the Idaho Mediation Association and Grand Teton Mediation Association, Scott actively contributes to conflict resolution initiatives. Previous experience includes serving as Ombudsperson for O'READY and as Executive Director of Lemhi County Crisis Intervention. Scott holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Fort Lewis College.
