Adam M. Erickson has a wealth of experience in Talent Acquisition. Adam M. began their career in 2007 at Microsoft as a Staffing Consultant and Account Manager, where they were responsible for the non-technical hiring needs of the Corporate Strategy, Corporate Finance (SMSG), Global Marketing & Sales (BMO) and HR Tracks rotation program. Adam M. then moved to Amazon in 2011, where they held the roles of Recruiting Team Lead, Program Manager, and Recruiting Team Lead again, supporting the Retail, Operations and Kindle SVPs for all SDE1, SDET1 and TPM1 hiring. In 2015, they joined Google as a Recruiting Team Lead, supporting the Venice Beach, Ca and Kirkland, Wa offices for engineering hiring. In 2016, they moved to Facebook as a Recruiting Team Lead, originally for Oculus before it rebranded to Facebook Reality Labs. Adam M. then joined Stackline as the Global Head of Talent Acquisition in 2019, followed by Binc as a Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager and DoorDash as a Sr. Manager, North America Talent Acquisition, where they built the Sales & Merchants recruiting org from the ground up. In 2019, they also founded Adam M. Erickson Consulting, LLC. In 2022, they joined Upstart as a Director, Technical Recruiting, and LevelNext as a Mentor, where they meet with those individuals looking to advance their career within Talent Acquisition.
Adam M. Erickson obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Washington State University in 2005. Adam M. also holds a CrossFit Level 1 certification from ANSI-ASQ National Accreditation Board/ANAB, which they obtained in May 2013.
