Babak Brazell is the founder of LevelOut, a company dedicated to enhancing the enjoyment of exercise through premier reformer pilates experiences, a role held since January 2019. Prior experience includes serving as Consulting Manager at Javelin Group/Accenture Strategy for a brief period in late 2018, where leadership was provided for strategic growth projects across prominent retail brands such as Dyson and Chanel. Babak also held the position of Senior Consultant at Javelin Group from September 2017 to December 2018 and contributed to Unilever in various capacities, including Direct to Consumer Ecommerce Innovation Manager and as part of the Unilever Future Leader's Programme from 2013 to 2017. Babak is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at IESE Business School, having previously earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Bristol. Educational foundations were established at Alleyn's School, focusing on subjects including Biology, Chemistry, and Maths.
