Per Spångberg

Founder & CEO at Levels

Per Spångberg is an experienced entrepreneur, investor, and board member. In 2016, they founded Levels, a venture studio in the Nordics, and co-founded Afripods, a podcasting platform spreading stories around Africa. In 2014, they joined the board of Klarahill, an initiative taken by leading private and individual Funeral Directors, and became the Chief Financial Officer & Deputy CEO of Dohi Sweden, a holding company for development of software, digital products, and services. In 2020, they became Chairman & Investor of Lanetalk and Acamp, two digital companies focusing on the bowling and camping industries, respectively. Per also serves as Partner and Director of the Board at DP STHLM and Co-Founder, Board Member & Investor at Target Aid. Since 2004, Per Spångberg has been the Owner, Entrepreneur & Investor at PSLP Capital Management AB.

Per Spångberg completed a High School Diploma in Business Administration from Rudbeck from 1982 to 1985. Per then attended the Swedish Army Cadet School from 1985 to 1986, graduating with a degree as a 2nd Lieutenant in Military Strategy. From 1988 to 1992, they attended the Stockholm School of Economics where they earned an M.Sc./MBA in Accounting, Marketing, and Financial Economics. Finally, in 2017, they completed Executive Education from the Stockholm School of Economics in Leading Digital Transformation.
