Alvin Thomas

Alvin Thomas is the current Director of Revenue Operations at Levelset. Alvin has a long and impressive work history, starting with their position as Senior Auditor at Holtzman Partners from August 2012 to December 2014. From there, Alvin became the Assurance Services- Intern at Ernst & Young LLP from January 2011 to March 2011. Afterward, they took on the role of Sales Operations Manager at uShip from June 2015 to February 2020. In this role, Alvin led the implementation of Salesforce while also coming in under budget. Alvin also owned comp plan design and roll out, CRM budgeting, vendor relations, reporting and analysis, and new tool implementation. Alvin developed vision for Sales Operations and served as a subject matter expert on sales and operations in a complex environment. Alvin then took on their current role as Director of Revenue Operations at Levelset in February 2020. In this role, they are responsible for leading a team of analysts and driving process improvements across the revenue operations function.

Alvin Thomas holds a Master in Professional Accounting from the Texas McCombs School of Business, a BA- Accounting from the Texas McCombs School of Business, and certifications from Pavilion in Revenue Growth Architecture School, Salesforce in Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA), and the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy as a Certified Public Accountant.
