Ashley Falcon

Ashley Falcon is the current SMB Customer Success Manager at Levelset. Prior to this, Ashley was an Account Manager and Team Lead at YourMembership from August 2016 to April 2020. There, they managed and achieved monthly sales goals for over 25 online career centers with increased revenue YOY. Ashley also executed all stages of the sales process, created custom sales packages, and conducted sales calls or demonstrations for customers. Ashley was promoted to Team Lead role within one year of employment.

Ashley initiated the creation, and growth, of our "YM Resource Library" to organize sales resources for reps. Ashley would also create and run daily/weekly/monthly sales contests for sales reps. Furthermore, Ashley assisted with training and ramp-up period for new hires, provided ongoing support for our in-office, and remote, sales reps, and coordinated office events for sales attainment, anniversaries, holiday parties, etc.

Prior to working at YourMembership, Ashley was a Business Solutions Placement Specialist from December 2015 to June 2016. Before that, they were an Activities Assistant at Belmont Village Senior Living from June 2015 to July 2016. Ashley's first job was as an Engraver at Crown Trophy from October 2013 to October 2014.

Ashley Falcon has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Texas State University.

Their manager is Gretchen Lynn, VP of Customer Experience. They are on a team with Cassie Hampton - Manager, Customer Success SMB Accounts, Leila Buehler - SMB - Customer Success Manager, and Patrick Stoudt - Director of Strategic Accounts.
