Rachel Covert

Rachel Covert is an experienced professional in marketing and project management, currently serving as an Account Strategist and Project Manager at Lever since March 2025. Prior to this role, Rachel held various positions at Spring Green from November 2021 to March 2025, including Content Marketing Manager, Marketing Specialist, and Marketing Coordinator. Rachel's career began at Bauckham, Sparks, Thall, Seeber & Kaufman, P.C. as a Scanning Project Manager and File Clerk from September 2018 to April 2021. Additional experience includes co-facilitating a Business Preparation Course at Western Michigan University in late 2019 and interning as an Office Administrator at Brilliant™ in mid-2019. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Western Michigan University's Haworth College of Business, and a High School Diploma from South Elgin High School.
