Christine Ferguson

Christine Ferguson is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in healthcare, policy, and advocacy. Currently serving as Principal at LEVERAGE since 2015, Ferguson focuses on providing support to leaders navigating change and creating innovative data-driven solutions for the healthcare sector. Previously, as Executive Director of HealthSource RI, Ferguson successfully launched Rhode Island's state health benefits exchange, exceeding performance targets significantly. Additionally, Ferguson has held academic positions as a professor at George Washington University, contributing to various research projects, and has served on numerous boards and advisory panels, including the Congressional Budget Office Panel of Health Advisors and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services Technical Expert Panel. Ferguson holds a BA from the University of Michigan and a JD from American University Washington College of Law.
