Shailja Anand

Shailja Anand is currently serving as the Associate Director of University Relations at Leverage. Previously, Shailja worked as a Freelance Consultant from 2016 to 2018, aiding firms in their expansion efforts. They were a Partner at Bengal Offset Works from 2017 to 2021, managing operations for a project-based print and packaging company. Additionally, Shailja held the position of Associate Director at Neuerth India Private Limited from 2011 to 2012, focusing on third-party associate management. Shailja was also the Director of Money Line Financial Services from 1998 to 2008, overseeing significant loan disbursements and credit card sales. Furthermore, they directed operations at ODITI Institute of Training from 2007 to 2011, responsible for training approximately 60,000 students from major banks. Shailja is pursuing a Master's degree at Delhi University.
