Tharani Bhaskar

Tharani Bhaskar is an experienced professional with a diverse background in human resources, sales, and career development. Tharani completed an MBA at Easwari Engineering College and holds a BCA from PRIST University. Tharani began as a Human Resources Intern at TVS Training & Services Ltd in late 2021, where responsibilities included updating employee databases, gathering payroll data, and organizing recruitment processes. Briefly engaged in sales and brand marketing for Wipro, Tharani then worked as a Career Development Executive at Jaro Education from April 2022 to July 2023. Currently serving as a Senior Academic Counselor at Leap and a Senior Consultant at Leverage since March 2025, Tharani has also held an HR position at LEARNOVATE ECOMMERCE, focusing on recruiting candidates for internships.
