Kathleen Cottay

Kathleen Cottay has extensive work experience in various roles within the media industry. Kathleen is currently working at Leverage Lab as the COO, a position they started in 2019. Prior to that, they held the role of VP, Operations at the same company. Before joining Leverage Lab, Kathleen worked at SourceMedia from 2015 to 2019, where they were involved in program management. From 2012 to 2015, they worked at Gannett as a product manager for ontology and taxonomy. Earlier in their career, they worked at Hearst from 2009 to 2011, specializing in content strategy and product management.

Kathleen Cottay has a BA degree in East Asian Language and Culture and French from Indiana University Bloomington. Kathleen also holds an MLIS degree in Library and Information Science from Louisiana State University Baton Rouge. Additionally, Kathleen has obtained certification as a Certified ScrumMaster from Scrum Alliance.
