Director Of Paid Media at Leverage Marketing

Michael Holeman has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries and roles. Michael began their career as an Intern at Texas Indigent Defense Commission in 2003. After that, they worked as a Teacher at Global Prodigy Academy from 2006 to 2008, where they taught multiple subjects in an EFL environment and achieved high student achievement. Michael then joined Round Rock ISD as an Educational Assistant from 2008 to 2011, where they taught and co-taught various classes and built strong relationships with students and teachers. In 2011, they worked as an Editor at Rama, editing content for walking tours in an iPhone travel app. From 2010 to 2012, they worked as a GED Instructor at Austin Community College, helping adult learners prepare for the GED examination and develop study and writing skills. From 2011 to 2013, they were a Teacher at Hutto ISD, designing lessons, analyzing data, and evaluating curriculum materials for 8th grade students. In 2013, they joined Leverage Marketing as an Inbound Demand Generation / Paid Search Analyst, where they analyzed paid search campaigns, optimized ads, and achieved various goals for clients. Michael then progressed to the role of Sr. Paid Search Analyst and later became the Director of Paid Media. Currently, they are employed at Hawke Media as the Director, Strategy -- Enterprise Marketing.

Michael Holeman completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Economics from Baylor University - Hankamer School of Business in the years 2001 to 2004. Michael then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Secondary Education from Texas State University between the years 2008 and 2010. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Google AdWords from Google Partners in October 2013.
