Daniel Tepper

Daniel Tepper is a Partner of the Firm with extensive experience in shareholder derivative suits, class actions and complex commercial litigation. Before he joined Levi & Korsinsky, Mr. Tepper was a partner in one of the oldest law firms in New York. He is an active member of the CPLR Committee of the New York State Bar Association and was an early member of its Electronic Discovery Committee. Mr. Tepper was selected as a New York “Super Lawyer” in 2016 – 2021.
