Greg Tocco

Greg Tocco is the Executive Vice President at Levin Management Corporation, overseeing property operations and strategic planning. Previously, Tocco served as Vice President of Asset Management at RAIT Financial Trust, where responsibilities included repositioning commercial real estate assets and implementing an ancillary income platform. Tocco also acted as Vice President of Operations at Seritage Growth Properties, managing the overall operations of the portfolio. Prior to that, they were the Executive Vice President at Tocco Development, directing land acquisitions and managing property operations. Tocco is currently pursuing a Juris Doctor in Law at Ohio Northern University.
