David Carasso

David Carasso is an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in managing large-scale construction projects. Currently employed at Levine Builders since February 2012, David successfully oversaw significant projects, including a $24 million development of 94 affordable housing units and a $165 million residential hi-rise project comprising 509 units. Prior to this, David held the position of Assistant Project Manager at Levine Builders, contributing to complex projects such as the Williamsburg "The Edge" and luxury condominiums, where David executed numerous Change Order Requests and aided in strategic project planning. Earlier experience includes roles at Douglaston Development and Richmond Realty Corp, where David focused on punch list coordination and financial statement development. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Syracuse University's Martin J. Whitman School of Management.
