Ethan Levinson

Ethan Levinson has a range of work experience in various roles and industries. Ethan is currently the President of Levinson Built, a position they have held since September 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Strategic Advisor for Earn.re starting in August 2021. Ethan has also held key leadership roles, including Co Managing Partner at Kfir Capital Partners from 2014 onwards. From 2018 to 2021, they served as the President & CEO, Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors at IDB Capital. Ethan has a background in finance, having been President, COO & CCO at Brighton 5th Partners and an Advisory Board Member at Alternative Capital Advisers, LLC from 2016 to 2018. Earlier in their career, Ethan co-founded and served as President of SJ Levinson & Sons LLC, which specialized in quantitative analytics and automated trading engines. Ethan has also worked as a Managing Director at Albert Fried & Company, LLC, a licensed Real Estate Salesperson at Continental Real Estate Companies, and an Inside Sales Manager at Webcollage.

Ethan Levinson holds a Master's degree in Finance from the University of Miami Herbert Business School, obtained from 2002 to 2004. Ethan also earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Business/Trade/Commerce and a Bachelor's degree in International Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, completed between 1995 and 1999. In terms of additional certifications, Ethan has obtained a Real Estate Broker/Sales Agent certification from the State of Florida. Ethan has also pursued certifications such as Series 24, Series 4, Series 55, Series 63, and Series 7 from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
