Benoit Boivin

Benoit Boivin is an experienced professional in strategic consulting and business development, currently serving as a Business Strategy and Development Advisor at Levio since August 2020. Prior to this role, Benoit held strategic consulting positions at Université Laval and served in various capacities within the Government of Quebec, including Chief Information Officer and Associate Secretary to the Chief Information Officer from June 2013 to October 2019. Benoit has also contributed to organizations such as CEFRIO and Réseau ACTION TI as a board observer and president of the regional council, respectively. Previous roles at Desjardins involved senior leadership in business intelligence and technology. Benoit’s career began at the Société de l'assurance automobile du Québec (SAAQ) as a Database Administrator, and educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Management Informatics from Université de Sherbrooke and a Diploma in Management from the Université du Québec - École nationale d'Administration publique.
