Edith Poudrier

Edith Poudrier, CRHA, is a seasoned recruitment consultant with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Currently serving as a Conseillère en recrutement TI at Levio since January 2022, Poudrier has previously held key positions at HEC Montréal as a Conseillère principale in talent acquisition, and at Bouthillette Parizeau as a Conseillère en ressources humaines. Prior experience includes working as a lead recruitment consultant at Financière Sun Life and a specialist in talent acquisition at Morneau Shepell. Poudrier's expertise encompasses complete recruitment processes, candidate headhunting, development of innovative recruitment strategies, participation in job fairs, and new employee orientation. Poudrier holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations and a major in Psychology from Université de Montréal.
