Patrick Martel

Patrick Martel has a diverse background in technology and project coordination, with experience spanning various organizations. At the Commission des normes, de l'équité, de la santé et de la sécurité du travail (CNESST), Patrick served as a technological analyst. Subsequently, Patrick worked at the Ministère de l'Environnement et de la Lutte contre les changements climatiques (MELCC) as a technological coordinator, focusing on testing and deployment coordination. Patrick took on the role of coordinator at CSPQ - Gouvernement du Québec and later served as a team lead at Régie de l'assurance maladie du Québec. In a significant tenure at CGI from 1998 to 2019, Patrick worked as an IT consultant. More recently, Patrick has held leadership positions as a Scrum master and technological coordinator at Levio and Société de l'assurance automobile du Québec (SAAQ), demonstrating expertise in agile methodologies and technology coordination.
