Fran Ruderman

Fran Ruderman is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Leviton, where they have been instrumental in developing employee programs focused on effective communication and engagement. With a background as Senior Director of Benefits and Compensation and Director of Benefits and Compensation at Thomson Industries, Fran has cultivated a well-rounded, holistic HR approach. They hold an MBA in Marketing Management from Adelphi University and a BBA in Marketing from Baruch College, with ongoing studies at Columbia University's Business School.
