Simon Lea is currently the Director at Levitt Bernstein, where they leverage over 20 years of experience in the housing sector across the UK and Ireland. Their expertise includes delivering a range of housing projects, from small infill schemes to large mixed-use estate regenerations, as well as the conversion of listed buildings and the design of specialist older persons' housing. Simon has contributed to various best practice design guides and serves on the Hackney Council’s Regeneration Design Advisory Group and the 'What House' Awards judging panel. Previously, they held the positions of Associate Director and Project Architect at Levitt Bernstein Associates and Jessop and Cook Architects. Simon holds a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and two diplomas related to development practices and architecture from Liverpool University and Oxford Brookes University, respectively.
