Cale Maxwell

Cale Maxwell is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in digital transformation and operational leadership, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Head of Digital Transformation at LEVO since December 2016. Cale's role involves advising clients on leveraging technology for enhanced organizational performance. Prior experience includes consulting for VELA LIVING where Cale led operational management and multi-channel marketing initiatives. Cale also held senior managerial positions at the Royal Agricultural Society of NSW, focusing on digital communication strategies, and previous roles in marketing and event management at Hamilton Island, The Wine Store, Rydges Hotels, Crown Resorts, Accor Hotels, and others. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of Sydney and a Company Directors Course™ from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
