Raj Kumar started their work experience in 2015 at Nomura, where they held various finance positions until 2018. In 2018, they joined Levrara Consulting Group as the Head of Business Development, focusing on three core services: traditional advisory, staff augmentation, and end-to-end Human Resource solutions.

Raj Kumar completed their Bachelor's degree in Business & Finance from BPP University, beginning in 2011 and finishing in 2013.
