Levron is a Swiss-based research project dedicated to advancing flywheel energy storage technology. We aim at developing a safe and viable flywheel energy storage for maintaining control reserves to stabilize the power grid in ongoing energy transition. This is made possible by our novel passive magnetic bearing technology with further applications in high-performing pumps and centrifuges.
