Larissa Mancini

Larissa Mancini is an experienced professional in the field of Human Resources, currently serving as an HR Analyst at LEVTY since April 2021. With expertise in end-to-end recruitment and selection, feedback delivery, and employee integration, Larissa also focuses on workplace climate, quality of life initiatives, training and development, and employer branding strategies. Prior experience includes an internship in Clinical Psychology at Universidade Federal de Juiz de Fora, where clinical patient care and report writing were key responsibilities, as well as serving as the Director of the People Management Department at Apsi Consultoria Jr., where client acquisition and psychological evaluations were performed. Larissa is currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in People Management at PUC Minas.
