Mark Walshaw is an experienced Executive Head Chef at Levy, currently overseeing operations at the Farnborough International Exhibition & Conference Centre. With a demonstrated history in the food and beverages industry, Mark has honed skills in catering, hospitality management, and customer service. Mark's culinary education includes a HND in Hospitality Administration/Management and a background in Culinary Arts from Farnborough College of Technology. Previously, Mark held positions such as Executive Chef for Amadeus and Pinsent Masons, as well as various head chef roles across notable companies like Oracle UK and Goldman Sachs.
