Wesley Spinks

Wesley Spinks is an accomplished senior operations leader with over 20 years of experience in the food and beverage industry across premier venues and elite hospitality settings. Beginning as a Duty Manager at Delia Smiths Canary Catering, they progressed through various roles, including Mobilisation Manager at Delaware North Companies and Head of Events at Sodexo. Currently, Wesley serves as General Manager at Charlton Football Club and Head of Catering Operations at Gather & Gather Ireland, where they lead day-to-day operations and drive commercial growth. Wesley holds an HND in Hospitality Management from Norwich City College.
