Fred Alkons

Fred Alkons is an experienced professional in the fields of safety and industrial hygiene. As President of Alko Safety & Industrial Hygiene Services, Fred has significantly contributed to the industry. Fred's career includes a long tenure at LEW Corporation as an Industrial Hygienist since 2006, and serving on the board of LV-AIHA from 2011 to 2014. Prior experience at AT&T Bell Labs from July 1979 to September 1996 involved contributions as a Member of Technical Staff. Fred holds both a BA and an MS in Computer Science from Rutgers University, earned between 1975 and 1984.
