Dan Lister

International Operations Manager at Lexar

Dan Lister has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Dan started their career in the military, serving in the USMC and US Army from 1986 to 2007. During their military career, they held various positions, including Mortarman/Stinger Gunner and Commander, and they were commissioned as a 2LT and later became a CPT.

After leaving the military, Dan joined Crucial Technology in 1998, where they initially worked as a Consumer Sales Representative and later as a Corporate Sales Representative. In these roles, they established relationships with corporate buyers and IT managers and successfully sold memory products.

Dan then joined MPC Computers in 1994, where they worked in various positions such as Direct Sales Representative, International Sales Representative, and Marketing Communications Manager. During their time at MPC Computers, they sold computers and accessories, managed distributor partner relationships, and handled direct response telesales to consumers, small businesses, and corporate customers.

Returning to Crucial Technology in 2000, Dan held several roles including Consumer Segment Sales Manager, Government and Education Segment Sales Manager, and Enterprise Sales Manager. In these positions, they managed call center operations, established contractual relationships with educational institutions and government agencies, and consistently exceeded sales goals.

In 2007, Dan joined Lexar Media/Crucial Technology as the International Operations Manager, where they currently work.

Dan Lister completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Management at George Fox University from 1995 to 1997. Dan then pursued further education and obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Management from Northwest Nazarene University between 2001 and 2003. Additionally, Dan also received training in Basic and Advanced Signal Officer Training at the US Army Signal Center. The specific dates for this training, however, were not provided.
