Frank Krafka

Frank Krafka has a diverse work experience in various roles. Frank started their career in 1993 as a Technical Recruiter at Tad Technical Corporation, where they conducted national searches for qualified personnel. Frank then worked as an Account Manager at CDI Inc., Midwest from 1996 to 2000, where they generated sales leads and conducted presentations on the company's services.

From 2000 to 2001, Frank served as a Branch Manager at Manpower Professional, where they developed effective marketing and recruiting strategies and supported and grew existing accounts. Frank then moved on to West Valley Staffing Group as a Branch Manager from 2001 to 2002, where they continued to develop and implement marketing and recruiting strategies and was responsible for financial operations.

In 2002, Frank became the owner of Imgame, handling daily operations, hiring and training staff, and implementing advertising programs. Frank then worked at RenewData as the Director of Materials Management/Facilities from 2004 to 2010, where they were responsible for asset control, distribution, purchasing, and facilities. Frank also developed and implemented systems to improve process flow and maintained accurate reporting on activities.

From 2010 to 2012, Frank was the Director of Operations at Relevant Data Technologies, where they developed e-discovery operations and managed daily operations in various areas. Frank then joined Pathway Forensics LLC in 2012 as an Operations Manager, implementing software, training teams, and providing e-discovery projects to clients.

In 2013, Frank joined SolarWinds in a sales role until 2015. Currently, they are working at Lexbe as the eDiscovery Solutions Director, a position they have held since 2017.

Frank Krafka attended St. Edward's University from 1987 to 1993, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice. Frank also holds a certification as a Certified E-Discovery Specialist (CEDS) from the Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists (ACEDS), which they obtained in May 2018.
