Tomer Shmaya

Tomer Shmaya's work experience includes a recent role as a Software Engineer at Lexense starting in 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Brightsource Data Analytics from 2021 to 2022. From 2015 to 2021, Tomer worked as a Full Stack Web Applications Programmer at Menora Mivtachim Pension Ltd, where they developed Node.js ETL modules and built client portals and web applications using Java, JavaScript, and MongoDB.

Before that, they worked as a Software Programmer at Matrix-Exzac from 2014 to 2015, customizing Actimize RCM product using Java, JavaScript, Velocity templates, and more. Tomer also has experience as a Software Programmer at Comply Ltd from 2012 to 2014, developing web application products for biomedical/pharmaceutical companies and creating modules for inventory management and electronic signature engines.

Tomer's earlier experience includes roles at Tel Aviv Yafo Municipality as SAP 2nd Line Technical Support and SAP Technical Support, where they provided technical support for the Tax Debit and Collection System application, solved complex issues, and collaborated with professional teams.

Tomer Shmaya began their education in 1999 at Tel Aviv University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Cinematography and Film/Video Production. Tomer successfully completed this program in 2003. In 2008, Tomer attended the Technological and Engineering Education Center, where they studied Computer Engineering and obtained a degree as a Technical Engineer. Tomer remained at this institution until 2011. In the same year, they also enrolled in Ness College in Tel Aviv to focus on implementing the SAP MM Module. Additionally, in 2008, they briefly attended Ness College for Assimilation and Training related to SAP.
