Tabrez Sayed has over 17 years of experience in customer experience roles. Tabrez began their career as a Senior Technical Customer Support Representative at Stream Tracmail in 2003. In 2004, they moved to WNS Global Services as a Senior Customer Support Associate cum Floor Walker. In 2005, they joined Respondez as a Project Leader. From 2011 to 2014, Sayed held the role of Customer Service Manager at Élan Media Partners and Access Digital Entertainment. In 2015, they joined iframes.com.au as a Customer Experience Manager. In 2017, they became the Customer Experience Manager at Evolve Entertainment. In 2019, they joined Beezer as a Customer Experience Manager. Currently, Sayed is the Head Of Customer Experience at Lexi Devices, Inc., where they are responsible for creating and managing the entire customer experience fabric for their Gen 1 products.

Tabrez Sayed earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology - SMU between 2011 and 2013. Tabrez also obtained a Bachelor Degree in Computer Applications (BCA) from IGNOU between 1999 and 2002, and an Advanced Diploma in Software Engg from Aptech between 1999 and 2001.
