James Appleton, Ph.D., is currently a Senior Manager of Product Research & Analytics at Lexia Learning, leading research and analytics functions. They served as the Executive Director for the Office of Research and Evaluation at Gwinnett County Public Schools from 2017 to 2022, where they developed policies for operational accountability and educational research.
