Sean Patterson

Sean Patterson has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and companies. Sean is currently working at Lexicon as a Lead Developer since February 2023. Prior to that, they owned their own business called Patterson Custom Builders from June 2021 to February 2023.

From January 2019 to June 2021, Sean worked at Booksource as a Digital Product Manager. During their time there, they managed the Booksource Classroom product, oversaw its redesign and redevelopment, and led a team of three individuals. Sean also actively coded the application's front-end. Before that, from March 2016 to January 2019, they held the position of Senior UI/UX Software Engineer at Booksource. In this role, they designed and redesigned several web properties and internal applications, built their front-end, and occasionally handled the back-end development.

From August 2015 to March 2016, Sean worked as a Product Manager at Innovative Timing Systems. Sean managed a range of products in different stages of research and development, including hardware, software, microchips, RFID readers/transmitters, and IoT networks. Sean also maintained the company website, developed their ecommerce store, and built an inventory monitoring system.

Before that, from January 2014 to August 2015, Sean held the position of Web Developer at Innovative Timing Systems. Sean was responsible for building and managing the company's website and ecommerce store. Sean also rebuilt the front-end of their event platform, ITS YOUR RACE, and designed mobile app interfaces.

In the early years of their career, Sean worked as a UI/UX Designer & Web Developer Consultant at the American Poolplayers Association from January 2013 to January 2014. Sean also served as a Webmaster for the association from October 2010 to January 2013.

Additionally, Sean has worked as a Freelance Web Developer at Trumpetgun Productions from September 2009 to October 2010, and as a Web Designer at Network Solutions from January 2008 to September 2009.
