Wei Chen

Wei Chen, PhD, is the GM of Collection at Lexin, where they lead the collection department, managing data, strategy, systems, in-house agents, and vendor relationships since 2020. Previously, they served as Director at PPDai, focusing on collection policy and strategy, and were a Senior Strategy Manager at PingAn PAY, leading investment projects in the Internet finance sector. Wei has also held positions at the Finnish Geodetic Institute, Opera Solutions, and a leading third-party data provider. They earned their PhD in Electronic Circuits and Systems from the University of Science and Technology of China in 2010.
