Wei Tan

Wei (Will) Tan, CFA, is currently the Head of Capital Markets at Lexin, where they leverage their extensive financial analysis experience from both sell-side and buy-side environments. Previously, Wei served as the Investor Relations Director and Associate Director at 陆金所, as well as holding positions at Deloitte China and Clearwater International Corporate Finance. Wei's academic background includes dual master's degrees in Finance and Accounting from The University of Texas at Dallas, and they have also contributed as a Graduate Teaching Assistant during their studies. Recognized for their ambitious and results-driven approach, Wei excels in communication and analytical skills in fast-paced work settings.
