Lisa Harrell

Lisa Harrell is a seasoned professional in public safety and law enforcement with extensive experience in customer success and communications management. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Lexipol since March 2022, Lisa focuses on supporting public safety through wellness initiatives. Prior roles include Communications Supervisor at Forney Police Department, overseeing a team of dispatchers and managing departmental operations, and Adjunct Instructor at Eastfield College, where certification for public safety training was provided. Lisa began their career as a Public Safety Dispatcher with the City of Mesquite, becoming a certified trainer in various positions. Lisa holds a Master’s degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from the University of North Texas at Dallas and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from UC San Diego.
