Lisa Mailey

Lisa Mailey serves as the Sr. Director of Content Quality and Operations at Lexipol since January 2016, following roles as Director of Editorial Services and Director of Quality. Prior to Lexipol, Mailey worked at Vanguard from October 2001 to January 2016 as the Communication Services and Operations Manager, where leadership included managing communication teams and overseeing service vendor relationships for a large retirement plan participant base. Earlier in Mailey's career, a teaching position at Daniel Boone Area School District involved instructing 10th and 11th grade English and Creative Writing. Mailey holds a Master of Science in Data Science from Eastern University, as well as multiple degrees in English and Publishing from Rosemont College.
