Michael Reyes

Michael Reyes is a seasoned software engineering professional currently serving as Software Engineering Manager at Lexipol since December 2021, after roles as Sr. Software Engineer and Software Engineer. At Lexipol, Michael successfully led the integration of the CareerCert Platform and facilitated cross-department communication to ensure a smooth transition. Previously, Michael worked at Carrus from September 2016 to December 2021 as a Sr. Software Engineer, managing a remote team and spearheading the Medic-CE Platform integration. Michael’s earlier experience includes roles at Medic-CE.com, where design and development of a Multi Tenant Learning Management System took place, and at OBMedia, where significant improvements in advertising asset production were achieved. Early in the career, Michael served as a Web Developer at UT Permian Basin, focusing on enhancing the department's course catalog and creating online course materials.
