Marcela Willis

Marcela Willis is an experienced Resource Manager and Recruitment and Training Officer at Lexonik, where responsibilities include coordinating the Stepping Stone training program for individuals working with EAL/SEN and low ability students, and overseeing a team of over 100 Sound Training Teachers. With a strong focus on improving literacy intervention, Marcela contributes to significant advancements in students' reading ages. Additionally, Marcela has held roles as an ESOL teacher and SEN teaching assistant in a secondary school. Educational background includes studies at Darlington, Harrogate and York College in the UK, as well as Krnov Teaching College and Caledonian School in the Czech Republic.
