One of the founders of Lexpath, Dan has combined his years of legal experience with a love of technology. Before founding Lexpath, Dan was an associate at a large Long Island firm, and continues to practice law in the area of electronic discovery. With over twenty years of technology and legal experience, Dan’s expertise includes all aspects of Windows networking, e-discovery platforms, virtualization technologies, Cloud Computing, Exchange Server, Office365, LAN/WAN integration, and Internet security. Drawing on this experience, he built Lexpath from the ground up to service the unique technology needs of law firms, legal related enterprises, and small to mid-sized businesses. In addition, he has regularly presented on legal technology issues to bar associations and trade groups. He is a Microsoft Certified Professional, Microsoft Certified Technical Specialist, and Microsoft Small Business Specialist. Dan is a Lexis-Nexis Certified Independent Consultant, and a Clio Certified Consultant. A graduate of Hofstra Law School, Dan earned a BA from Fairfield University in Connecticut and attended Chaminade High School in Mineola. He is admitted to the bar in New York State as well as the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. Dan resides on Long Island with his wife and four children and enjoys sailing, golf, and playing with new gadgets.
