Max Morlocke

Max Morlocke is the current CTO and co-founder of Lexria, a company they started in order to help make financial justice available to all. Prior to Lexria, Max was the CEO and co-founder of Flight Penguin, a company backed by the founders and early employees of Hipmunk that takes the pain out of flight search. Max has also held positions at previous companies such as Lexria, where they led the founding engineering team in building the first product to collect all the information necessary to allow a lawyer to file a bankruptcy and adversary proceeding. Through their work at Lexria, Max was able to discharge a significant amount of debt and maintained high levels of consumer interest. However, during the COVID-19 pandemic, many student loan debtors were unable to connect with attorneys reliably, causing the company to pivot and work with a number of consumer law firms to make bankruptcy filing more accessible.

Max Morlocke has a B.S. in Mathematics from The Ohio State University.
