Parth Chanda

Parth Chanda is the Founder & CEO of Lextegrity. Prior to joining Lextegrity, they worked as Chief Compliance Counsel - Global Oncology at Pfizer from September 2011 to June 2017. In this role, they were responsible for providing compliance-related advice to management, business units, and legal personnel globally. Parth also assisted in compliance investigations.

Prior to their work at Pfizer, Chanda served as Senior Compliance Counsel at Avon Products, Inc. from September 2009 to September 2011. In this role, they were responsible for leading the enhancement of Avon's global FCPA and anti-corruption compliance program after its voluntary disclosure of FCPA matters to U.S. authorities. Parth also oversaw the development and implementation of FCPA policies (T&E, gifts, charitable and political contributions, facilitation payments, etc.), third-party due diligence programs, accounting and financial policies and controls, M&A and JV due diligence, online and in-person training, and other high-risk areas.

Before their work in compliance, Chanda served as a Litigation Associate at Shearman & Sterling LLP from October 2004 to September 2009. Parth also spent time as a Fellow in the Department of Institutional Integrity (INT) at The World Bank from May 2002 to August 2002.

Parth Chanda has a J.D. from Harvard Law School, an MPA from Harvard Kennedy School, and a B.A. from Northwestern University. Parth also attended Stuyvesant High School.
