Paul Roderick

Paul Roderick has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Paul started their career at British Gas in 1996, working in various roles such as Resource Planning Manager, Call Centre Manager, Sales Performance and Development Manager, Customer Value Manager (Acquisition), Growth Analytics Manager, and Acquisition Performance Manager. In these roles, they led teams, created performance monitoring systems, managed relationships with stakeholders, and delivered key metrics for senior leadership.

Since 2017, Paul has been working at Lextox, where they initially served as a Collections Manager, leading a team responsible for obtaining hair and blood samples. Later, they took on the role of Head of Sales Operations, overseeing office-based client management teams and coordinating with local authorities and solicitors. Paul actively monitored sales activity, set performance goals, and ensured alignment with overall business objectives. Currently, Paul is actively seeking new opportunities.

Paul Roderick obtained a degree in Economics from the University of Bath between 1985 and 1989. In 2017, they obtained two certifications, namely the PRINCE2 Foundation certificate and the PRINCE2 Registered Practitioner, both from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT.
