Elizabeth Cox

Elizabeth Cox has had a diverse work experience. Elizabeth started their career as a Pre-Litigation Negotiator at a Private Law Firm in 1998. In 1999, they moved on to become an Associate Director at AT&T. Elizabeth'smost recent position was as the Director of Business Operations, Marketing & People Champion at Lexus, a role they held since December 2001.

Elizabeth Cox pursued their undergraduate studies at The University of Texas at San Antonio, graduating in 1999 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice with an emphasis in Legal Studies. Elizabeth then attended Penn State University in 1994-1995 for Criminal Justice studies. Elizabeth later enhanced their professional knowledge by completing an Executive Coaching & Leadership Graduate Certificate program at Southern Methodist University in 2021. This was followed by their enrollment in the Master of Arts program in Dispute Resolution & Conflict Engagement at Southern Methodist University from 2021 to 2023. Elizabeth also participated in the Elevate Executive Leadership Program, a collaborative executive program between Lexus and SMU's Cox School of Business. Elizabeth has obtained additional certifications, including being a Certified Texas Mediator and a Certified Executive and Leadership Coach from Southern Methodist University. Elizabeth also holds a Graduate Certificate in Dispute Resolution from the same institution.
