Michael Zimmerman possesses extensive experience in the automotive industry, primarily with Lexus since July 1995, currently serving as Senior Manager for Lexus Fixed Operations. Michael's leadership encompasses various facets of the company, including Mobility, Collision, Service, and Parts Sales Operations. Previous roles include overseeing service retention products and establishing the Customer Assistance Center for Lexus, where over 85 team members were hired and trained. Michael has held managerial positions at both district and corporate levels and has contributed to non-profit initiatives as President of Friends of Santiago, which focuses on enhancing technology at Santiago High School. Michael's educational background includes degrees in Automotive Engineering Technology from Brigham Young University and Weber State University.
