Nadja Heß

Nadja Heß is an experienced HR professional, currently serving at Leybold since July 2022. Previously, Nadja held the position of HR manager and Executive Assistant at Gebr. Biermann Haustechnik GmbH from August 2020 to August 2022, where responsibilities included employer branding, recruitment, personnel development, and assisting the CEO with various administrative tasks. Prior roles included working as a Working Student in Human Resources at Sodecia, an intern at HRpepper Management Consultants, and a research assistant at Technische Universität Chemnitz. Nadja’s professional journey also encompasses project coordination for the Robert Bosch Stiftung Lectureship Program and client service executive roles at VATit Deutschland GmbH. Nadja obtained a Master of Science in Management & Organisation Studies from Technische Universität Chemnitz and a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Economics from the University of Applied Sciences Schmalkalden.
