Mike Dolan

Michael Dolan is an experienced leader in the technology sector, currently serving as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Projects at The Linux Foundation since February 2013, where Michael oversees projects and legal programs aimed at fostering open technologies and ecosystems. Previously, Michael held several roles at IBM from May 2005 to February 2013, including Manager of Market Insights and Competitive Intelligence, where Michael led teams in developing competitive strategies, and Principal Analyst focused on competing services business models. Michael also managed IBM's cross-company strategies around Linux and open-source technologies. Michael holds an MBA in Marketing, Strategy, and Entrepreneurship from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and a JD in Intellectual Property and Corporate Law from Cleveland State University - Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. Furthermore, Michael earned a BA in Economics from John Carroll University.
