Richard Bennett

Richard Bennett has over 30 years of experience as the CFO and CTO of LFC Group of Companies, where they led the financial, accounting, and HR functions. Richard also oversaw the development of the group's websites. In 2017, they became the Chief Technology Officer at SHAREbid, a marketplace for trading shares in private companies. Prior to that, they worked as an Escrow Manager at Republic Escrow Corporation and as a Senior Accountant at Deloitte.

Richard Bennett attended Tonbridge School from 1975 to 1980. After completing their secondary education, they pursued a BA (Hons) in Business Studies with Accounting from Oxford Brookes University from 1981 to 1985, with a focus on Accounting and Finance. In terms of additional certifications, Richard obtained the Chartered Accountant designation from the INSTITUTE OF CHARTERED ACCOUNTANTS IN ENGLAND AND WALES in December 1988. Richard later acquired the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the California Board of Accountancy in April 2002.
